Occupying a 500 square meter plot, this house stands as an example of simple, elegant design characterized by clean lines and an inherent sense of luxury. The villa's design leans towards the minimalist side of architecture, thanks to its meticulous attention to detail, while still prioritizing practicality to ensure a convenient and high-quality lifestyle for its residents.

Inspired by the traditional Kuwaiti courtyard house, Villa Shaya advances this concept by integrating layers through a combination of solids and voids. The solids form the internal spaces, while the voids create garden areas. This thoughtful design facilitates both visual and physical connections to the internal gardens from all areas within the house, allowing natural light and ventilation to permeate nearly every corner.

To further enrich the user experience, the villa incorporates various elements such as a sculptural staircase and intricate surface patterns, which are carefully woven into the overall design. These features not only enhance the aesthetic appeal but also contribute to the functionality and comfort of the living spaces.
