Rather than presenting a singular front façade, the home engages both streets equally, creating a sculptural presence that appears elegant and composed from every angle.

Designed over three generous levels, the residence explores the relationship between light, openness and privacy. Soft curved forms, expansive glazing and a restrained palette of natural materials create a home that feels timeless, sophisticated and deeply connected to its landscape.

A Home Defined by Movement

The architecture is built around fluid geometry rather than rigid forms.

Curved walls, rounded corners and sweeping horizontal planes soften the scale of the residence while creating a sense of movement throughout the home. A dramatic double-height entry introduces visitors to an elegant sculptural staircase that rises beneath a circular skylight, becoming both the visual and spatial heart of the house.

Natural light travels through the home from above, constantly changing throughout the day and bringing warmth to the rich palette of travertine, timber and natural stone.

Three Levels of Luxury Living

Cornerhaus has been carefully organised across three levels to separate public entertaining, private family living and wellness spaces while maintaining visual connections throughout the home.

The ground floor opens seamlessly onto landscaped gardens, expansive outdoor entertaining areas and a resort-style swimming pool.

Above, generous family spaces enjoy elevated views across the surrounding neighbourhood, with carefully positioned openings framing mature trees and allowing abundant natural light into every room.

Below ground, the basement challenges conventional thinking. Rather than becoming a dark enclosed level, it has been transformed into a naturally illuminated extension of the home.

Large areas of glazing establish a direct visual connection between the gym and the swimming pool above, allowing natural light to filter deep into the basement while creating a unique relationship between recreation, wellness and architecture.
