At the heart of Terra Arc is its defining feature: a gracefully curved spine formed from rammed earth, an ancient building material reimagined here in a modern context. The architectural layout is informed by the natural fall of the land, with the home cascading across three distinct levels. This stepped design allows the house to flow naturally from front to back, creating a seamless connection to its surroundings while maximizing views, privacy, and natural light.
