These townhouses were developed for a young developer with the vision to create affordable yet distinctive homes within the area. Unlike most affordable townhouse units that typically adhere to a basic design, these townhouses push the envelope by incorporating an additional layer of sophistication. The use of materials uncommon to the region, such as corrugated metal sheets, elevates the aesthetic appeal of the project, giving it a unique and contemporary edge. Bold and contrasting colours further enhance the visual interest and make the buildings stand out in their surroundings.
The project comprises two sets of townhouses that share a common design theme but differ in their architectural forms. One set features angulated projections, adding dynamic visual interest and a sense of movement to the structures. The other set employs simple rectangular projecting masses, offering a more streamlined and modern appearance.
