HOUSE ON THE HILL
Physical Model of House on the Hill

Some might consider physical model making an outdated approach in today's computer-driven era. However, we believe it offers a depth that digital methods can't fully replicate. The tangible nature of physical models allows for greater creativity, problem-solving, and clearer communication. While they may lack the crisp, refined edges of computer-generated images, holding and exploring a physical model in your hands, provides a unique understanding of a design's dimensions and scale.
Despite the advances in 3D computer modeling, these images are still viewed on a two-dimensional screen.

At Enclave, we relish the process of model making and use it to thoroughly explore our ideas. This doesn't mean we neglect digital tools; on the contrary, we are highly proficient with computers. However, we find that our exploration process is enriched and more informed through the hands-on experience of physical model making.

This video showcases the physical model we created to explore our 'House on the Hill' project. We hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoyed building it.
